Return policy

Changes (if apply)

We suggest you to verify twice your size before finishing your purchasing process.
We only apply changes for defective or damaged garments as long as the change is requested within 15 days of product reception. You must send a copy of the invoice. Requests received after 15 days of reception will not be processed. The change must be requested to Customer Service through an email to shoponline@besame.com or in our website www.besame.com on the section Contact Us, you just need to fill the form.

* Product that is purchased in Sales or Promotion section has no change.

Returns

Our return policy is 5 days from reception of the product. To apply for a return, product must keep the original packaging and labels. Bésame reserves the right to accept the changes and returns with previous analysis of the case. You must attach a copy of the invoice and send the garment Carrera 76 N. 33A-21 Medellin, Colombia CO 50030, Phone (574) 2652799. Provide an email to receive notifications.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like intimate or sanitary articles according to number 7 of article 47 of law 1480 of Colombia.

Refunds (if apply)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you notification with the approval or rejection (just in case).

Once it is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
